1) Safety Production implement, check, and assurance of production, responsible production EHS policy and performance 生产车间安全管理，所属生产现场安全操作培训、执行、检查与保证以及负责生产部EHS绩效与政策推行
2) Maximize production line quality, capacity, delivery, and productivity. ***限度的保证所属区域的生产产能、质量、交期与效率。
3) Execute production scheduling, control material, WIP, and finished goods of production, adjust scheduling temporary according to urgent demand or material’s requirement. 按照生产计划进行生产，对生产线的物料、在制品、成品进行有效的管理，并根据需求和物料状况临时调整生产。
4) Review, trigger, and participates in quality and process problem resolution of the workshop, put forward improvement actions and execute it. 评估、反馈、并参与解决生产车间现场品质和流程问题以及对问题点的预防的控制
5) Company quality policy implementation and continuation, guide and monitor operator self-inspection, cross-inspection, and special inspection during the whole process. 公司质量政策的推行与延续，监督并确保所属区域员工在生产过程中进行＂三检制度＂ （自检、互检和专检）。

8) Establish KPI for all subordinates and execute it periodically, making production report. 对下属定期考核以及生产报表的制作
9) An improvement on manufacturing functions periodically, manages and achieves quality, cost objective and production efficiency through utilization available resources efficiently. 定期对工作做检讨分析，充分利用现有资源有效的提高产品质量、生产效率、降低成本
10) Deal with the conflict from the operators, contribute to the good cooperation with all relevant. 处理解决生产线员工的内部矛盾、纠纷，协调与其它相关部门的融洽关系
11) Layout and keep the production related area 6S, insure all operators understand and execute work instruction rightly. 保持所属生产区域的6S，确保员工正确理解和执行生产线上的作业标准
