Key Responsibilities:
Lead & manage sales activities including technical services to achieve the sales targets;
Visit customers regularly to identify and develop new business;
Gather market intelligence to support business decisions;
Develop CPB brand & expand sales in China;
Key Requirements:
A technical degree with minimum 8 years work experience in the cement industry, at least 3 of which leading a technical sales team;
Knowledgeable of cement process and good networking in the industry;
Proficient in written and spoken English and computer applications;
Good leadership, inter-personal & negotiation skills & highly mobile
